Job Description
A Tech Lead Web ensures the reliability availability and performances of our systems while actively contributing with code configurations and coordinating a delivery team. The goal is to have ownership of the full source code maintain and improve system reliability through automation monitoring and incident response.
- Take ownership of every line of code ensuring that coding standards and best practices are followed.
- Actively participate in coding.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to implement architectural decisions and ensure alignment with the overall project goals.
- Monitor system health analyze performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement. While expertise in Java for the Adobe Experience Manager CMS Javascript/Typescript for the React frontend and knowledge of DevOps and Azure is highly desiderable it is not mandatory.
Qualifications :
Technical Skills:
- Several years of proven experience in web application projects.
- Several years handson experience with any Java based content management system (CMS).
- Knowledge of the Web technologies J2EE Javascript framework(s)
- Strong understanding of OWASP Top10 and most common web security standards
- Experience with objectoriented programming preferably Java.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Continuous Integration (CI) Continuous Delivery (CD) and Testdriven development.
- Experience working with cloud onprem and hybrid solutions in complex and agile environments.
- Hands on experience with implementing security protocols (Oauth2 Basic Auth SAML etc.).
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solutionoriented personality and consulting mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Excellent ability to interact with technical & nontechnical teams including vendors and subject matter experts.
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple and frequently changing priorities.
- Experience working in distributed teams.
- Open minded and positive attitude
- Selfmotivated team player with problemsolving skills
