In this pivotal role you will manage highvalue Hostrelated inquiries and escalations while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Hostfacing support to the Market Management and Key Accounts Teams
- Become an expert in company policies Community Support and brand risk topics
- Deliver endtoend resolution and clear communication to Hosts
- Conduct indepth research to resolve Host issues efficiently
- Manage and triage escalation tickets offering solutions for quick resolution
- Respond to Host inquiries via email with professionalism and timeliness
- Drive improvements in listing quality to boost 5star bookings in your markets
- Participate in inmarket events as needed
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Consistently meet or exceed SLA response times
Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Customer Support or Account Management
- Nativelevel German and fluent English communication skills
- Strong background in handling highvalue timesensitive customer inquiries
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Skilled in conflict resolution with a focus on deescalating challenging situations
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to support team initiatives
- Experience with tools like Salesforce GSuite and Jira (preferred)
