Job Description

An Outstandingschool in Kingston is seeking an experienced Year 6 Teacher. This impressiveschool is known for its excellent academic results and focus on nurturing pupils social as well asemotional development as they prepare for secondary school.

  • Upper KS2 (Year 6) Teacher
  • FullTime & Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Year 6 pupils through their final year of primary school with a focus on SATs preparation and transition to secondary school.
  • Support pupils emotional development and ensure they are ready for the challenges ahead.
  • Work closely with colleagues to monitor and track pupils progress.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and their families.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Experience teaching Year 6 and preparing pupils for SATs.
  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire pupils through their final year.
