Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Year 6 pupils through their final year of primary school with a focus on SATs preparation and transition to secondary school.
- Support pupils emotional development and ensure they are ready for the challenges ahead.
- Work closely with colleagues to monitor and track pupils progress.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and their families.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- Experience teaching Year 6 and preparing pupils for SATs.
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
- Ability to motivate and inspire pupils through their final year.
