Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our vibrant team. If you have a passion for psychology and a commitment to student development we want you to help us inspire the next generation of thinkers and innovators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging and thoughtprovoking psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes critical thinking and realworld applications of psychological principles.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular feedback and evaluations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and independent thought.
- Work closely with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to departmental goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field.
- A teaching qualification (PGCE QTS or equivalent).
- Experience teaching psychology at secondary school level is preferred.
- Strong understanding of psychological theory and its application to realworld situations.
