Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physical Education Teacher to join our thriving school in Stoke on Trent. The successful candidate will inspire students to embrace physical activity and sports while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver inspiring PE lessons across KS3 KS4 and KS5 focusing on a wide range of sports and physical activities.
- Develop a curriculum that encourages physical fitness teamwork and personal development.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve and achieve their best.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment where all students feel encouraged to participate.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as sports teams and fitness clubs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Physical Education Sports Science or a related field.
- A teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE QTS or equivalent).
- Experience teaching PE at KS3 KS4 and KS5.
- A strong passion for sports and promoting physical activity.
