Responsibilities:
The appointed Chemistry Teacher will:
- Develop and deliver stimulating and challenging Chemistry lessons.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs.
- Regularly assess student progress.
- Keep accurate records of student attainment.
- Maintain a positive and safe learning environment in the classroom and laboratory.
- Work collaboratively with Science department colleagues.
- Assist in the development of the Chemistry curriculum.
- Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress.
- Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed.
