Job Description
Are you a passionate Business Teacher eager to inspire the next generation of business minds We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Teacher to join a thriving academic community in Walsall. If you have a passion for business studies and a commitment to teaching students at KS4 and KS5 we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and insightful business lessons to students at KS4 and KS5.
- Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum that fosters critical thinking business acumen and realworld applications.
- Assess and monitor student progress through both formative and summative assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential.
- Encourage a passion for business entrepreneurship and the economic landscape in students.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports independent thought and collaboration.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians keeping them informed of student progress and achievements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Business Business Education or a related field.
- A teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE QTS or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching business studies at KS4 and KS5.
- Strong knowledge of business concepts theories and practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Ability to create a supportive learning environment where students can thrive.

- Passionate about teaching business and motivating students.
- Creative in lesson delivery with the ability to make business concepts accessible.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Collaborative and able to work well with colleagues to achieve common goals.
