Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that breakfast and the buffet are prepared and presented to a high quality to deliver an excellent guest experience.
- Work closely with the breakfast kitchen team.
- Ensuring all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard free.
- As breakfast chef you will also be required to assist with food cost controls.
Person Specification:
- Reliable enthusiastic individual.
- Wellpresented and motivated.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
Qualifications :
Relevant Qualifications:
- Food preparation and service.
- Food safety and hygiene level 2.
Relevant Skills:
- Experience of working with all fresh foods.
- Allergen awareness.
- Previous experience as a breakfast chef essential.
