Location: Bellevue WA 98004

Job Description:
  • This position reports to the Pickup and Returns NA Manager Account Management.
  • We are looking for a Project Coordinator thrives in a fun and fastpaced environment this position requires heavy phone and email communication with customers utilizing a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts research and review policies and identify and communicate effective solutions.
  • The Project Coordinator will work within a team environment as well as communicate internally with other departments.
Primary Objectives
  • Provide members with a personalized creative experience
  • Work intimately with members and coordinate the entire lifecycle of their projects
  • Provide stellar customer satisfaction at all times
  • Partnering with Publishing teams to ensure that members enrolled in the proper service package
  • Working internally with other departments to ensure that a quality product is delivered in a timely manner
  • Using a wide variety of software systems to navigate customer accounts and proactively monitoring accounts to anticipate problems before they occur
  • Meeting all performance and quality metrics
  • Initiating process improvement projects within the department and driving them through to completion
Basic Qualifications
  • Associates Degree required
  • 1 years customer service experience or project management/project coordination
  • Some type of experience where they have had to deal with issues/complaints.
  • Experience working with highvolume processes
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Intermediate experience with VLookup and pivottables in excel
  • Experience working with CRM tools (salesforce preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1 year of Salesforce experience and account management
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize with strong organizational and followup skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Former employee is preferred
Typical Day in the Role:
Day to Day Duties:
  • working with small/midsized business partners that have lockers
  • Help with issues.
  • Requests will come in via SIM/email from partner for issues.
  • Resolving the SIMS to the best of their ability.
  • Issues related to account payments physical lockers themselves.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Leadership Principle: Dive deep (step back and understand what caused the issue)
  • Ownership will need to follow through with issue to the end.
  • Bias for action speed matters need to get things done quickly and efficiently.
Top 3 musthave hard skills
  • 1 years customer service experience or project management/project coordination
  • Associates Degree required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
