Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Perform manual and automated testing for mobile apps ensuring functionality usability and performance standards are met.
- Identify document and track bugs and issues in a detailed and organized manner. Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues conduct root cause analysis and verify fixes.
- Design and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Appium Selenium or similar.
- Conduct performance testing load testing and security testing for mobile apps.
- Execute regression integration and user acceptance testing for new releases and updates.
- Work closely with product owners developers and design teams to understand requirements and improve app quality.
- Continuously improve testing processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and app reliability.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in mobile testing.
- Strong knowledge of mobile testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Appium Selenium XCTest Espresso etc.).
- Proficient in manual and automated testing of mobile apps.
- Experience with testing mobile applications across various devices and OS versions.
- Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab CI etc.).
- Strong understanding of mobile app performance testing and profiling.
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira Bugzilla or similar.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java Python or Swift is a plus. Familiarity with mobile app analytics and crash reporting tools (e.g. Firebase Crashlytics).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
