Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex SME to join our SAP Run Support (AMS) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system monitoring troubleshooting and resolving critical production issues. This role requires handson experience with SAP Vistex and SAP SD Rebate Processing to provide expertlevel support collaborating across multiple teams and ensuring seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex SME to join our SAP Run Support (AMS) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system monitoring troubleshooting and resolving critical production issues. This role requires handson experience with SAP Vistex and SAP SD Rebate Processing to provide expertlevel support collaborating across multiple teams and ensuring seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily system health checks monitor batch job performance and proactively address system issues.
- Work on incidents defects and tasks to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Provide oncall support from 9 AM to 9 PM EST addressing production support issues as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) making key decisions collaborating with teams and managing issue resolution processes.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to enhance system performance based on incidents and enhancement requests.
- Conduct root cause analysis and remediation of systemrelated challenges during production outages.
- Lead and contribute to technical discussions identifying solutions to critical business system issues.
- Perform regular system audits and ensure optimal system functionality.
