You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCo-ordinates, directs, control and supervises all scheduled and unscheduled multi-discipline operations activities on assigned facilities to ensure safe and efficient production of oil / gas to meet production targets and fulfill the objectives of the approved annual budget.
Responsible for all actions by implementation of product quality, controlling the Safe and healthy work condition for all assigned activities, identifying plant Safety, reliability and operability improvement required and ensure procedures and quality specifications are adhered
Supervision and Team Management:
Oversee Staff Performance: Supervise a team of employees, ensuring that they meet performance targets, adhere to operational standards, and follow company policies.
Provide Leadership and Guidance: Lead and motivate staff, offering direction, support, and mentorship to improve team morale, productivity, and job satisfaction.
Manage Daily Operations: Ensure that daily activities run smoothly and that tasks are completed efficiently and within set deadlines.
Allocate Tasks: Assign duties and responsibilities to staff members based on their skills, experience, and capacity, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
Process Management and Improvement:
Monitor Operational Processes: Oversee the execution of processes and workflows to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Identify Areas for Improvement: Continuously assess operational processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
Implement Process Enhancements: Develop and implement changes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance the overall efficiency of operations.
Troubleshoot Operational Issues: Address and resolve issues or disruptions in day-to-day operations, working quickly to minimize any negative impact on productivity or service quality.
Quality Control and Compliance:
Ensure Compliance with Standards: Ensure that operations comply with legal regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies.
Monitor Quality Standards: Oversee quality control processes to ensure products or services meet or exceed quality standards.
Conduct Audits and Inspections: Regularly inspect and audit operational processes, equipment, and facilities to ensure that they adhere to safety and quality standards.
Handle Non-Conformance: Address instances where products, services, or processes do not meet quality expectations, working with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
10 years' experience in a production and process operations in an offshore field environment, including minimum 5 years in a supervisory position.

Educational Qualifications
A minimum of NNC / HND / bachelor's degree in mechanical or Instrumentation from a recognized institute or equivalent may be considered with minimum 10 years of experience supplemented by various courses related to the process / production.
Staff Training and Development:
Train and Onboard New Employees: Provide training for new hires and ensure that they are properly onboarded with an understanding of their roles, company policies, and safety protocols.
Ongoing Training and Development: Identify opportunities for training and professional development to help staff improve their skills and performance.

Resource Management:
Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee inventory levels to ensure that materials, equipment, and supplies are available when needed for smooth operations.
Ensure Efficient Use of Resources: Monitor the use of resources (human, financial, and physical) to ensure efficiency and minimize waste.
Optimize Staffing Levels: Ensure that staffing levels are appropriate for the workload, adjusting as necessary to meet operational demands while managing labor costs effectively.
