- You will set the overall strategy conceptualise implement and continuously improve our Work Force Planning
- You will be responsible for ensuring that Flink Netherlands meets our 28minute promise resulting in happy customers allround while balancing efficiencies. To achieve this you will need to be proficient in:
- Forecasting methodologies
- Optimising workforce scheduling tools
- Scheduling NL labour laws
- Capacity management and incentivisation
- Own and challenge KPIs central to the business
- Lead operational improvement plans and workforce planning automations
Qualifications :
- You have 4 years of work experience in operations or planning (experience at highgrow or earlystage startups preferred)
- You have a good understanding of planning tools and Google Sheet or MS Excel
- You are techsavvy and able to learn new tools and processes quickly
- You are a highly organized detailoriented and process driven person
- Experience using Python and SQL preferred
