This is a remote position.
The Rainforest Tech team is managing all internal and external software tools and processes.
At Rainforest you will be exposed to a range of technological challenges monitoring and maintaining all tools establishing corporate IT security guidelines and rolling out new software to support the organization s overall growth efforts.
This role is great for an individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial fast moving setting.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain all company software and hardware including internal and external tools create SOPs and conduct internal training for said tools
- Support the rollout of new software applications and other techrelated tools
- Establish and maintain security standards
- Provide inhouse support to company staff on IT related issues
- Prepare the annual IT budget
- Establish and maintain password management for the entire organization
- Maintain Google Workspace for the company
Requirements
- 5 years of combined work experience with exposure to some IT security preferred
- Strong technical aptitude
- Experience with Google Suite/Workspace is a strong plus
- Positive personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to come up with creative ideas and think outside the box
Job requirements: 2-5 years of eCommerce experience, with preferably at least 2 years of hands-on experience with the Amazon marketplace platform (Seller Central). Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel is preferred. Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills across different time zones. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of organisation and strong attention to detail. Solutions-driven mindset, capable of researching and supporting key decisions for the brands you manage Understanding of a customer-centric approach and familiarity with Western buying habits is a plus.
