As we expand we re looking for a creative innovative and datadriven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to elevate our brand presence through compelling video reels and engaging content across social media platforms.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing executing and managing our social media strategy to drive engagement awareness and customer acquisition. You must be proficient in creating shortform video content (Reels TikToks YouTube Shorts) and have a strong understanding of trends audience behavior and platform algorithms.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Video Production
- Create highquality engaging and visually appealing video reels for Instagram TikTok YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
- Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with HitchPay s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Film edit and optimize shortform videos using mobile apps and professional editing software.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement viral content strategies to maximize reach.
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics.
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Plan create schedule and publish social media posts across all platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok Twitter LinkedIn).
- Develop and manage a social media calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns product launches and company events.
- Engage with followers respond to comments/messages and foster a strong online community.
- Analyze and report on key social media metrics to track performance engagement and ROI.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase reach and brand credibility.
Marketing & Growth Optimization
- Leverage analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize content accordingly.
- Conduct A/B testing on content types captions hashtags and posting times to improve performance.
- Implement SEO strategies for video and social media content to enhance discoverability.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the fintech and digital payments space.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager Content Creator or Video Editor preferably in the fintech or digital payments industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video reels social media campaigns and creative content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro InShot Canva or similar.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms trends and engagement strategies.
- Excellent storytelling copywriting and content curation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Meta Business Suite TikTok Analytics Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
- A passion for fintech digital payments and innovation is a plus.
