What Youll Be Doing:

In the role of Agency Account Manager youll be the key driver in building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing agency partners. Youll take the lead in booking managing and evaluating advertising campaigns ensuring everything runs smoothly and clients are consistently satisfied. Working closely with your team youll collaborate on developing innovative multimedia proposals that are perfectly tailored to your clients needs.

Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed revenue targets which youll achieve through careful planning and execution. Youll be networking and entertaining clients strengthening professional connections and ensuring your agency partners feel valued. Keeping a finger on the pulse of the Irish advertising sector youll stay updated on industry trends to inform your work and stay ahead of the competition.


Qualifications :

What Youll Need to Succeed:

To thrive in this role youll need strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships at all levels. Youll be comfortable managing multiple projects at once with excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle deadlines without compromising on quality.

A proven track record in client relationship management and retention will serve you well as will your ability to think strategically and solve problems. Youll also bring strong presentation and negotiation skills to the table enabling you to craft and present compelling proposals that win clients over.

Being resultsoriented and focused on driving business growth for both your clients and the agency is key. With CRM software experience and a solid understanding of the advertising marketing and media landscape youll be ready to make an immediate impact in this fastpaced dynamic environment.
