- Supporting the project to implement a global HR suite within the Brainlab family
- Manage key work packages in the project focusing on communication product/service usage and related human resources processes with high strategic importance contributing directly to the teams success
- Drive own initiatives/small subprojects on the above mentioned topics
- Support (daily) tasks and strategic initiatives such as ensuring smooth team operations in human resources and postprocessing of required documentation for the project
- Collaborate and communicate closely with diverse teams across the Brainlab family
Qualifications :
- Enrolled in a business law social sciences or related field with a keen interest in the field of digitalization and the use of digital technology into HR processes
- Availability for ideally 6 months minimum
- First experience in human resources or project management is a plus
- Highly organized proactive and able to work independently with a structured approach
- Strong communication skills and a passion for collaboration with an assertive and handson mentality
- Exceptional observation and listening skills with the ability to translate insights into action
- Fluent in both German and English
