ALTIOS Hong Kong is one of the 32 subsidiaries of the ALTIOS Group. The Hong Kong officesupports operations throughout Asia while assisting the Shanghai Singapore and Sydney sisteroffices with the help of a local network of industry professionals:
- Corporate Service: Creation and management of subsidiaries commercial
representation recruitment hosting payroll administration financial control
accounting system setup and bookkeeping tax planning and advisory and
regulatory compliance and reporting
- International Development Strategy: Advisory services for international
development in Shanghai and Southern China region guidance in gotomarket
strategies market approach and set up of distribution networks
- Corporate Finance: External growth advisory identification and due diligence of partners and audit of target distributors or suppliers
As part of our expansion we are recruiting an Account Manager in Hong Kong to support us in sales development and customer account management.
MISSIONS
She/he will report directly to Inbound Project & Advisory Manager.
Tasks includeand may not be limited to:
Commercial & Communications (50%):
- Maintain and strengthen the network of our existing local ecosystem (government
agencies banks etc.) - Explore potential customer needs from existing customers; generate leads from ourexisting ecosystem; collaborate with group CDA to convert those leads
- Build company reputation by representing the firm in community activities professionalassociations and partnerships
- Work closely with the group level and be internal contact window for all prospects and newcoming leads.
Account management (50%):
- Daily communication and followup of Hong Kong ongoing customers (for consulting corporateservices and external growth projects)
- Proactively interact with clients being primary point of contact for HK office
- Ensure a good understanding of ALTIOS services within our network
- Reinforce the HR & Accounting technical knowledge processes and ensure top service quality.
PROFILE
- Bachelor or masters degree and at least 13 years working experience with foreign companies
- Language : French native English & Chinese professional
- Handson profile: Must be wellconnected able to interact and start new relations and beinginvolved in the delivery process. Will spend most of his/her time with the clients/partners.
- Patience Conviction and Interpersonal skills will be valuable strengths
- Computer skills: MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint). Other software will be a plus.
