Position: Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad
What Youll Do:
Source screen and place healthcare professionals (nurses therapists allied health etc.)
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements
Utilize job boards ATS and social media to find top talent
What Were Looking For:
3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing
Strong knowledge of healthcare roles licensing and credentialing
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and meet hiring goals
Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms is a plus!
