Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Team Leader to manage our sales team while actively engaging in B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strong leadership skills and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead mentor and develop a highperforming sales team providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive B2B revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Client Engagement: Actively engage with key clients to build and maintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales teams skills and product knowledge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a minimum of 35 years in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English
- Knowledge in IT solutions and features
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
