Job Description
We are in search for a talented Senior Architect with extensive BIM experience to lead our team and manage interior architectural projects overseas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers ensuring efficient project execution and highquality deliverables.
- Leverage BIM software (e.g. Revit ArchiCAD) to streamline design processes improve collaboration and enhance project efficiency.
- Oversee the design and development of interior spaces considering aesthetics functionality and client requirements.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to final construction ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends building codes and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture with a strong emphasis on BIM and interior architecture.
- Proficient in BIM software (e.g. Revit) strong project management skills and a deep understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex largescale projects.
- Experience working on projects overseas is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
