Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ERM strategies policies procedures and tools.
- Contribute to Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks
and execution plans. - Define the organization’s risk appetite and tolerances providing actionable recommendations.
- Conduct risk assessments maintain a risk register and monitor mitigation effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on ERM performance and recommend improvements.
- Deliver training and awareness programs on risk management and business continuity.
- Foster a riskaware culture by sharing insights and best practices organizationwide.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Strategy Operations or a related field.
- Certification in risk management (e.g. RIMSCRMP) is preferred.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in risk management or similar disciplines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational abilities.
