We are looking to expand our Project Management Team with an experienced organized detail focus solutionoriented forwardthinking customercentric AV Project Manager to join our Brooklyn NY office!
Our Project Managers are primarily responsible for effectively managing AV projects for new construction renovations and equipment upgrades. Project Managers can expect to carry a project load valued at over 1 million dollars.
Key Responsibilities
Assigns and leads project team resources for Field Technicians Engineers General Contractors and Electricians
Must read interpret understand and act upon general construction documentation
Formulate plans for assignment scheduling and direction or work
Provide oversight of completion of installation programming and testing
Addresses complaints and resolves problems in a timely and efficient manner
Care deeply about customers needs and provide solutions that are uncomplicated
Skills and Qualifications:
5 years of experience in project management ideally in AV or construction
Familiarity with AV system installation
Must be capable of working independently
PMP or CAPM certification a plus
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication and customer service skills combined with outstanding organizational skills
