As we expand we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in managing HR operations payroll processing and recruitment.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Human Resource Associate with handson experience in Zoho People Zoho Payroll and Zoho Recruit to manage our HR functions efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment payroll employee engagement compliance and HR operations. You will work closely with leadership to drive organizational growth and ensure a great workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Use Zoho Recruit to manage endtoend recruitment processes including job postings applicant tracking and interview scheduling.
- Source screen and interview candidates for various roles within the company.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. Payroll & Compensation Management
- Manage and process employee payroll using Zoho Payroll.
- Ensure accurate salary calculations tax deductions and compliance with labor laws.
- Handle benefits administration including health insurance bonuses and incentives.
- Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
3. HR Operations & Employee Management
- Manage employee records contracts and documentation using Zoho People.
- Oversee attendance leave management and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and HR best practices.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes including exit interviews.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture Development
- Organize teambuilding activities and employee engagement programs.
- Support HR initiatives related to training career development and performance management.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HRrelated inquiries.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
5. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and update HR policies employee handbooks and procedures.
- Conduct HR audits and maintain HR documentation for legal compliance.
- Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
2 years of experience in HR roles preferably in fintech or technology startups.
Strong experience using Zoho People Zoho Payroll and Zoho Recruit.
Solid understanding of payroll processing HR operations and labor laws.
Strong recruitment skills with experience in talent acquisition and hiring strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced environment.
