Job Description
- The development & automation of servers & rack hardware installation guidance of all servers worldwide.
- Working closely with cross functional teams and manufacturing partners.
- Proactively assist & resolve all escalated factory issues in a timely manner.
- Respond & take initiative of factory issues & incoming requests.
- Communicate and collaborate with management and partners to develop
Requirements
- Excellent English written and speaking skills
- University degree in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics
- 24 years experience in Computer hardware
- Experience in any programming language
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Advanced software troubleshooting skills in a technical environment
- Software troubleshooting skills in Python/C#/C
- Understanding of BOM structure & matrix interpretation
- Understanding of server hardware architecture
- Previous experience working in fastpaced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
