Job Description

  • Manage schedules appointments and meetings for management.
  • Handle phone calls emails and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain and organize company records invoices and documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports presentations and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement as needed.
  • Support customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Assist in followups with suppliers vendors and logistics teams.
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.


  • Requirements

  • 13 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience in the furniture industry is a plus.
