Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in Data Center SpineandLeaf Architecture network security and enterpriselevel network solutions. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with Check Point Fortinet F5 and Citrix NetScaler along with a deep understanding of VPN IPSEC and Cisco ACI. This role involves designing implementing and maintaining robust network infrastructures while ensuring security high availability and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage enterpriselevel network solutions to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
- Configure and troubleshoot complex Data Center SpineandLeaf architectures.
- Perform regular network performance monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess and address network requirements and challenges.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard the network infrastructure against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies integrating relevant advancements into the existing network architecture.
- Conduct threat analysis and participate in vulnerability management initiatives.
- Utilize Cisco ACI expertise to architect and maintain a scalable and efficient data center network.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Data Center SpineandLeaf Architecture principles and configuration.
- Handson experience with Check Point and Fortinet firewalls.
- Proficiency in F5 load balancers and Citrix NetScaler.
- Solid understanding of VPN IPSEC and network security protocols.
- Experience with Cisco ACI for scalable data center network management.
- Proven ability to conduct network troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in threat analysis and vulnerability management.
- Knowledge of Network Security Specialist practices.
- Fluency in Dutch is highly desirable.
