Roles & Responsibilities As a Solution Architect in the Banking IT domain your key responsibilities will include: Designing evolving and guiding architecture solutions tailored for banking enterprises. Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into robust architectural solutions. Assessing and improving existing solutions to enhance performance and scalability. Leading architectural discussions and providing guidance to development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the organizations architecture remains relevant and effective. Conducting architecture reviews and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices within the banking industry. Providing technical leadership and mentoring for junior architects and engineers. Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this role candidates must meet the following requirements: Minimum of 8 years of experience in solution architecture within the banking IT domain. Proven experience in designing and implementing enterpriselevel solutions in banking. Strong knowledge of various banking applications and standards. Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies (e.g. TOGAF Zachman Framework). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of working closely with crossfunctional teams. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to address complex architectural challenges. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements While not mandatory the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g. AWS Azure). Knowledge of modern programming languages and software development frameworks. Experience with regulatory frameworks applicable to the banking sector (e.g. Basel III GDPR). Certifications in relevant fields such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar. This fulltime position is based out of Bengaluru Karnataka India offering a competitive salary ofINR per annum.
