Job Description
The Travel & Financial Analyst is responsible for providing analysis reporting and budget support for our growing organization. The analyst must have a keen attention to detail superior analytical capability and problemsolving skills and take an ownership approach to all tasks. The ideal candidate will work well in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally.
Primary Job Duties:
Gather and analyze travel and expense data
Work closely with accounting to ensure travel and expenses adhere to company policy
Management of travel and expense system: policy updates form changes issuing corporate credit cards and user provisioning
Identify and implement process improvements using data analysis and industry knowledge to streamline travel and expense management
Develop reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights and metrics and present findings and observations
Respond to inquiries and provide guidance based on travel and expense policies
Monitor and analyze spending trends in order to identify areas for cost savings
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree required
23 years experience in data analysis
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Experience with data analysis and modeling
Must be comfortable working with large data sets
Experience with change management
Prior experience working with travel and expense data preferred but not required
Ability to work independently multitask and prioritize
Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and finding creative solutions to problems
The salary range for this role is $65000 to $75000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical dental vision life and pet insurance 401K paid time off and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%.The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience education and geographic location.

In order to successfully work remotely supporting our patients and providers we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed.
