Job brief

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager for our client focused on driving digital transformation in the global beauty industry through unparalleled AIpowered SaaS products. The candidate will lead the Japanese market expansion efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales particularly in the beauty tech industry and be passionate about beauty tech and SaaS innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Exploring new business opportunities for SaaS and B2B products. Handling inquiries requests and partnerships related to beauty technology. Generating and acquiring leads through channels such as email LinkedIn Sales Navigator events (online and offline) cold emails inbound and partnerships.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and timely delivery.
  • Regular updates of sales media packs pitch decks proposals quotes and sales materials.
  • Engaging in effective communication outreach and negotiation internally and externally to facilitate the sales process.

Requirements

  • Candidates with a bachelors degree or higher in computer science or related fields or with experience in software/SaaS development are preferred.
  • Years of sales/business development experience.
  • Proven success in SaaS or CRM sales and the beauty tech industry.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English (Mandarin Chinese is a plus).
  • Exceptional presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
