Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer. Within the COO scope the goal of the AI Team is to identify prioritize and deliver innovative AI solutions supporting business lines.
You will guide the AI team in designing building and delivering AIpowered applications with particular focus on Generative AI. Such applications are designed to serve several teams and drive business value across different business areas. You will be part of the recently established global AI Team with the possibility to shape it from the beginning with foundational knowledge and best practices. You will work closely with our AI Tech Lab Manager as well as with experienced software and AI developers DevOps Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and data professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of multiple technical solutions focused on Generative AI from PoC to deployment
- Ensure highquality standards for AI solutions by adopting the most suitable tools and frameworks as well as implementing best practices such as robust testing validation and performance evaluation processes.
- Guide and mentor junior developers guiding them through the AI development lifecycle ensuring a good collaboration and highquality deliverables
- Engage with business stakeholders to define the technical direction of projects
- Support the deployment of AI models in production environments ensuring ongoing monitoring optimization and updates
- Collaborate with software developers MLOps and DevOps to ensure seamless integration of AI modules into successful applications
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Strong and foundational knowledge on Machine Learning Deep Learning and Generative AI.
- At least 5 years of experience in fullstack machine learning in complex and longterm projects from conception to deployment with focus on modular and scalable architectures.
- Experience in developing and deploying LLMbased solution is highly valued.
- Proficiency in programming in Python and using frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch and LangChain.
- Handson experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with services such as API Gateway Lambda ECS DynamoDB OpenAI BedRock and related ones is highly valued.
- Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience in establishing and promoting best practices in software engineering such as code reviews automated testing version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and mentoring skills.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- A reliable team player with a collaborative attitude.
