Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records including daily transactions accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.
Invoicing & Billing:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients ensuring timely payments and proper documentation of all invoicing transactions.
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including balance sheets profit and loss statements and cash flow reports.
Tax Preparation:
- Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure all required documentation is filed on time.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Help with budgeting processes tracking expenses and forecasting financial trends to support business decisionmaking.
General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance including scheduling email management and data entry.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital files ensuring records are uptodate confidential and easily accessible.
Communication Liaison
- Act as a point of contact for internal team members external vendors clients and partners on accounting and administrative matters.
Office Management:
- Assist with daytoday office functions such as ordering office supplies managing subscriptions and handling correspondence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in accounting bookkeeping or financial administration.
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support or managing office tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Experience using QuickBooks Excel or Google Sheets.
- Effective at prioritizing tasks and managing time in a remote work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable using remote work tools such as Google Workspace and Zoom.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with tax preparation.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Familiarity with remote team collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of international accounting standards (if applicable).
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (preferred but not required).
