Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping & Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate financial records including daily transactions accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.

Invoicing & Billing:

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients ensuring timely payments and proper documentation of all invoicing transactions.

Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including balance sheets profit and loss statements and cash flow reports.

Tax Preparation:

  • Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure all required documentation is filed on time.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Help with budgeting processes tracking expenses and forecasting financial trends to support business decisionmaking.

General Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance including scheduling email management and data entry.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files ensuring records are uptodate confidential and easily accessible.

Communication Liaison

  • Act as a point of contact for internal team members external vendors clients and partners on accounting and administrative matters.

Office Management:

  • Assist with daytoday office functions such as ordering office supplies managing subscriptions and handling correspondence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in accounting bookkeeping or financial administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support or managing office tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Experience using QuickBooks Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Effective at prioritizing tasks and managing time in a remote work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable using remote work tools such as Google Workspace and Zoom.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with tax preparation.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Familiarity with remote team collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards (if applicable).
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (preferred but not required).
