Job Description
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Start Date: 31st March 2025
Are you fluent in German (C1) and English passionate about online safety and ready to make a real impact in the digital space Join our team as a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist and help create a secure and compliant online environment!

Your Responsibilities:
- Content & Ad Moderation: Review usergenerated content and advertisements ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Some content may include sensitive topics such as violence.
- Risk Identification & Escalation: Proactively detect potential risks in digital content and escalate issues as necessary.
- CrossTeam Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a safe and seamless user experience.
- Accurate Reporting: Maintain detailed records of moderation activities to track trends and compliance levels.
What Were Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluent German (C1) and English (written and spoken).
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Compliance & Risk Awareness: Understanding of compliance principles and risk management best practices.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable using computers and relevant software tools.
- SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Contract & Working Conditions:
- Contract Type: To be discussed during the hiring process.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day 40 hours per week 5 days a week.
- Flexible schedule available exact hours will be determined upon contract finalization.
- Work Mode: Onsite in Sofia Bulgaria.
Relocation package:
- 300 BGN rental allowance for the duration of the contract ( rent in Bulgaria can run anywhere from 250 to 400 euros depending on location)
- 150 BGN flight reimbursement (depends but can be done immediately on arrival or 1st salary)
- Real estate admin assistance.
