Tasks
As a DMS Lead Consultant you will be at the forefront of implementing cuttingedge document management solutions guiding customers through their digital transformation journey with expertise and confidence. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth transitions providing ongoing technical support and delivering customized solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
- Lead the setup and configuration of DMS solutions for customers and partners both onpremise and in the cloud.
- Take charge of project and subproject management to ensure successful implementation of customer projects.
- Design and implement tailored solutions seamlessly integrating them into existing systems.
- Provide continuous conceptual and technical support to customers working closely with internal and external product specialists and software developers.
Requirements
- Completed IT apprenticeship or higher education in an ITrelated field.
- Experience with DMS system implementation.
- Project Management or Team Leadership experience.
- Proficient in databases (SQL Server) and Windows server systems.
- Scripting experience is a plus.
- Excellent German language skills (spoken and written).
- Analytical thinker with a solutionoriented approach.
- Independent proactive and enthusiastic about learning and teamwork.
