Role: Database Developer (Direct Client Requirements) (Needed 12 Years only)
Location: Alpharetta GA (Onsite From Day 1 ) (Needed 12 Years only)
Duration: 35 Months Contract (C2C) (Needed 12 Years only)
Database Developer role focused on migrating from MS SQL Server to PostgreSQL and onprem to cloud migration with Databricks involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop optimize and maintain database solutions using PostgreSQL.
- Perform database migration from SQL Server to PostgreSQL.
- Develop ETL processes using SSIS for efficient data transfer.
- Utilize PySpark and Databricks for data transformation and analytics.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure database integrity security and performance optimization. Collaborate with cloud teams to support AWS environments and integration.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Extensive handson experience with PostgreSQL.
- Strong knowledge of PySpark and Databricks for data processing.
- Experience with SQL Server including database migration projects.
- Proficiency in SSIS for ETL development and data integration.
- Experience working with AWS Familiarity with Azure is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
