Job Description
Possible float between two facilities within walking distance: 705 Trancas Street Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques policies and procedures standards of care and State laws/practice act. Develops initiates and executes a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient as prescribed by Physician and/or hospital policy including patient and family instruction. Utilizes clinical expertise & guidance to other units/departments in support of the patient s longitudinal plan of care. MAKE SURE PRESCREEN IS FILLED OUT AND ATTACHEDUPON SUBMITTING CANDIDATE. RESUME AND LICENSE VERIFICATION ALSO NEEDS TO BEATTACHED. IF THESE ITEMS ARE NOT COMPLETED AND ATTACHED THE CANDIDATE WILL BEDECLINED SNF Experience preferred Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date State License Verification References (3) Federal Criminal (7 years or more) Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) GSA Search 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest XRay Fingerprint Card Statement of Health (Haven Facilities ONLY) Rehab Optima Experience Preferred.
