Job Position Summary
The Sales Manager at Green Coast Hotel MGallery Collection will be responsible for driving revenue growth managing key accounts and implementing strategic sales initiatives to maximize hotel occupancy and profitability. This role requires a dynamic and resultsoriented individual with an exceptional understanding of luxury hospitality a passion for sales and the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients travel agencies event planners and individual guests.
The Sales Manager will work closely with the DOSM and revenue management department to develop and execute sales strategies that attract highnetworth individuals corporate groups leisure travelers and special events. The individual will also oversee the coordination of largescale events such as conferences weddings and luxury retreats ensuring that the hotel s reputation for excellence is maintained.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target highvalue clients corporate accounts and international markets.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including travel agencies tour operators and luxury event planners.
Negotiate corporate contracts group bookings and other revenuegenerating partnerships ensuring maximum profitability and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to create tailored promotional campaigns that highlight the hotel s unique offerings and premium services.
Conduct site inspections and sales presentations for potential clients showcasing the hotel s luxury facilities and bespoke services.
Manage and monitor sales performance track key metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to represent the hotel and foster valuable relationships with potential clients.
Lead and motivate the sales team setting clear targets and driving results through effective coaching and mentorship.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional service delivery and attention to detail.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors offerings adjusting sales strategies accordingly to maintain the hotel s competitive edge.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 23 years) in a sales management role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
Indepth knowledge of luxury travel and tourism market particularly in highend leisure and corporate segments.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close largescale deals.
Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software MS Office and other sales management tools.
Strong knowledge of local business trends and market dynamics.
Fluent in both English & Albanian languages knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Italian German or French) is an advantage.
Strong leadership capabilities with a handson proactive approach to problemsolving.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.
