Job Description
We are looking for a resultsdriven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and provide strategic leadership in all financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Drive financial performance and longterm sustainability.
- Lead capital allocation decisions and investment strategies particularly in real estate and other business verticals.
Financial Planning Budgeting & Forecasting
- Oversee the preparation of annual budgets financial forecasts and business plans.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.
- Ensure effective financial planning across all subsidiaries including real estate operations.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Optimize capital structure ensuring adequate liquidity for business operations and investments.
- Manage relationships with banks investors and financial institutions.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
Real Estate Finance & Investment
- Assess real estate investment opportunities acquisitions and divestitures.
- Monitor market trends risks and financial feasibility of real estate projects.
- Structure financing solutions for property development leasing and asset management.
- Oversee property valuation lease structuring and asset optimization.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify and mitigate financial risks including market credit and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations tax laws and corporate governance.
- Implement strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for the Board and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial performance KPIs and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP accounting standards.
Tax Planning & Optimization
- Develop taxefficient structures for the holding company and its subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance with corporate tax VAT and other regulatory requirements.
- Optimize tax strategies for real estate transactions and holdings.
Mergers Acquisitions & Corporate Finance
- Lead financial due diligence and valuation of potential acquisitions.
- Negotiate financing structures for mergers joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Drive business growth through financial structuring and capital raising.
Technology & Digital Transformation
- Implement financial technology (FinTech) solutions for automation and efficiency.
- Oversee ERP and financial system improvements.
- Leverage data analytics for better financial decisionmaking.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead mentor and develop the finance team across all business units.
- Foster a culture of high performance accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior executives and department heads on financial decisionmaking.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field. MBA CPA CFA or ACCA preferred.
- Experience: 12 years of financial leadership experience with at least 5 years in a CFO role.
- Industry Expertise: Strong experience in real estate finance property investment and holding company structures.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in financial modeling corporate finance and investment analysis.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP taxation and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strategic thinking with a handson approach to execution.

Education
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred.
