About the Role
Do you love working with numbers and data
As a Junior Analyst at Team Everest you will help organize clean and analyze data to support different teams. Your work will ensure data is accurate structured and useful for decisionmaking.
If you enjoy problemsolving working with numbers and improving processes this role is for you!
What You Will Do
- Collect clean and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze data to find patterns and useful insights.
- Perform statistical analysis to support different projects.
- Work with teams to maintain reports and track key data points.
- Create simple charts and graphs to present findings.
- Help improve datarelated processes through automation.
What We are Looking For
Education: B.Sc. in Mathematics Statistics Data Science or any degree with a strong interest in numbers.
Skills required for Job:
- ProblemSolving: Ability to analyze and break down data logically.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in numbers and reports.
- Computer Skills: Strong understanding of MS Excel.
- Logical Thinking: Ability to spot trends and interpret data.
- Work Ethic: Willing to learn work hard and handle tasks independently & in a team.

Other Information
- Scope: Fulltime
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Probationary Period: 3 months
- Commitment: We expect you to work with us for at least 2 years. No formal agreements we work on trust!
- Designation: As per experience
- Working Days: Monday to Friday 2 working Saturdays a month. Some weekend support may be required based on program needs.

You should have excellent English communication and writing skills. Be able to express ideas clearly and explain solutions in a simple way. A keen eye for detail to make sure no issues are missed.
