Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for multiple clients ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Conduct indepth research on clients and their industries to craft effective social media plans including content buckets hooks and CTAs.
Maintain brand consistency across all content formats.
Plan and schedule content across various platforms.
Design and edit graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Write compelling captions and marketing copy for social media.
Edit and repurpose shortform video content (Reels TikToks) ensuring high engagement and storytelling.
Create social media graphics including Instagram posts Facebook banners and cover images.
Design visually appealing Instagram feeds that align with brand aesthetics.
Develop branded elements for social media accounts such as highlight covers and IG story templates.
Organize and manage digital assets via Dropbox and Google Drive.
Requirements
Proficient in social media management and content creation for platforms like Facebook Instagram TikTok and LinkedIn.
Strong copywriting skills for social media websites presentations PDFs and marketing materials.
Experience in graphic design for social media ads presentation decks and digital documents.
Familiarity with web design using platforms such as Figma WordPress GoHighLevel and Squarespace.
Video editing experience using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Canva and CapCut.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong attention to detail creativity and problemsolving skills.
Ability to stay up to date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.
