Our client is a leading healthcare company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop implement and monitor business strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share nationwide.
Direct and manage sales operations working closely with regional managers OTC and ETC channel heads and other relevant teams.
Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners distributors agents and pharmacy networks.
Develop and optimize distribution systems expanding the sales network across the country.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective customer outreach and engagement strategies.
Oversee the business budget maintain cost control and maximize profit margins.
Analyze market trends and propose appropriate business development strategies.
Develop and implement sales policies incentive programs and performance metrics (KPIs) for the sales force.
Regularly report business performance insights and recommendations to the executive board.
Male/Female aged 35 50.
University degree or higher in Business Administration Economics Pharmacy or related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 5 years in a Sales Director or equivalent role.
Indepth knowledge of the Vietnamese pharmaceutical market with a strong focus on OTC and ETC sales channels.
Proven leadership ability to develop and inspire a highperforming sales team.
Exceptional skills in negotiation presentation and strategic business planning.
Strategic thinker with strong market awareness and industry trend insight.
Open to business travel as required.
