A reputable Pharmacy is located in Baabda is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented efficient and able to manage multiple responsibilities ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules appointments and communications.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files and documents.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate travel arrangements accommodations and itineraries.
- Take charge in the owners absence ensuring business continuity and handling any urgent matters.
- Prepare reports presentations and business materials.
- Run errands and perform miscellaneous personal and professional tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge in social media management and AI tools and automation.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently.
- High level of discretion professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong problemsolving and adaptability skills.
