We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with solid experience in managing and optimizing Salesforce environments. This role involves handling user management security settings automation and process improvements to ensure an efficient and scalable CRM system.
Tasks
- Administer and configure Salesforce ensuring system efficiency and security.
- Manage user profiles roles permissions and access control.
- Maintain and optimize Flows Validation Rules and Process Automation.
- Monitor system performance identify issues and implement improvements.
- Support endusers by troubleshooting issues and providing training when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and security guidelines.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Handson experience with Salesforce administration user management and automation (e.g. Flows Profiles Permission Sets). - Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and data structures.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with thirdparty tools is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
- Service Cloud Consultant Certification is a plus.
- Must be located in Brazil for remote work eligibility.
