About the Role:

As a fastgrowing Amazon & eCommerce Consulting Agency were seeking a driven selfmotivated detailed orientated data specialist with a proactive go getter mindset and the ability to solve problems independently. The ideal candidate will be well organized extremely detail orientated and need little to no training on all things Amazon Seller and Vendor Central data input to create and update listings. Equally important is the ability to communicate with teammates and work in a face paced work environment. All data specialists should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and can respond professionally to feedback and constructive criticism to improve efficiencies and workflow. A highly collaborative spirit with the focus on overall team improvement is desired.

This is an English speaking and writing position. All communication with upper management will be conducted in English but correspondence between other internal employees such as account managers project managers content team members and administrative staffing can be conducted in Spanish. Obviously you are welcome to converse in Spanish with your teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate category specific flat files from Amazon Seller and Vendor Central
• Transfer clients product specs and details from their sheets and copywriting from listing copy documents to Amazon Flat Files to prepare for upload
• Transfer product photo links from Dropbox to Amazon Flat Files to prepare for upload
• Upload Amazon Flat Files to Seller Central and Vendor Central
• Common tasks include:
• Creating new listings/ product detail pages/ ASINs
• Updating existing Amazon listings/ product detail pages/ ASINs
• Creating parent/ child variations
• Updating variation attributes of existing parent/ child ASINs
• Update other product details via category specific flat files or manually through the Seller or Vendor Central online dashboards
• Follow up to ensure the desired changes have been processed and are live on the listings/ product detail pages
• Follow up with seller support to open and manage cases to completion if desired changes have NOT been processed
• Any additional data processing requests that are made
• Use our task management system Teamwork to move content tasks along different status columns and complete them when finished by SOPs from Management
• Communicate daily with project management and account management via slack and or email on day to day needs and tasks as they arise
• Participate in daily standup meetings that provide an opportunity for you to bring any problems or blockers quickly through management so they can be resolved in a timely manner to keep your tasks on track

Qualifications:

• 23 years of experience within Amazon Seller and Vendor Central data processing
• Excellent time management & organizational skills to prevent data processing bottlenecks
• The ability to hit deadlines under pressure in a face paced demanding work environment that are set by Project and Account Management
• The ability to respond professionally to direction constructive criticism and client feedback
• Robust attention to detail
• Strong communication
