Job Title: FullStack Amazon Account Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled FullStack Amazon Account Manager with expertise in PPC management catalog optimization and operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central advertising strategies and datadriven decisionmaking. The ideal candidate should be detailoriented analytical and proactive in improving sales performance and account health.
Key Responsibilities
1. Catalog & Listing Management
- Maintain and optimize product listings to enhance visibility conversion rates (CVR) and clickthrough rates (CTR).
- Regularly update product details images videos A content and A content to improve listing quality.
- Write optimized listing copy using AI tools and SEO best practices.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for titles images and backend search terms to improve ranking.
2. Listing Issue Escalation
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve listing errors suppression issues and hijacking cases.
- Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support to ensure timely issue resolution.
3. Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze SKU performance metrics keyword rankings and conversion rates.
- Conduct datadriven research to identify growth opportunities and resolve performance gaps.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance advertising spend and profitability.
4. PPC Management (Amazon Advertising)
- Plan execute and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across different ad formats (Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands Sponsored Display).
- Analyze ad placements match types keyword performance and bulk operations for campaign optimization.
- Stay updated on Amazon advertising trends and updates to improve ad strategy.
- Manage and optimize ACoS TACoS and ROI to achieve marketing goals.
- Provide detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
5. Operational Management
- Manage account health including addressing policy violations listing suspensions and performance notifications.
- Handle inventory management to prevent stockouts and overstocking issues.
- Open support cases with Amazon and ensure quick resolutions.
- Oversee Merchant Fulfilled (MFN) orders to maintain operational efficiency.
6. CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to the product development team for new product launches.
- Work with customer service teams to resolve buyer queries return issues and negative feedback.
7. Pricing & Promotions Management
- Manage and adjust pricing strategies deals and promotions based on market trends and competitor analysis.
- Maintain a promotional calendar and analyze promotion performance for maximum ROI.
8. Reporting and Stakeholder Meetings
- Generate and analyze weekly monthly and quarterly reports on account performance.
- Present key insights and datadriven recommendations in stakeholder meetings to align strategies and optimize growth.
- Track and report KPIs related to sales PPC performance and inventory health to ensure business goals are met.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 24 years managing Amazon seller accounts with expertise in catalog management & PPC advertising.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central case management and operational tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with PPC tools (Helium 10 Jungle Scout Data Dive etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Proactive problemsolver with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Mandatory Requirements
This is an officebased role in Lahore (Remote work is not available).
You must have your own laptop to perform tasks efficiently.
