Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal
- candidate will play a key role in developing business strategies acquiring new customers and
- managing the sales team. This role requires strong leadership skills effective communication
- and a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth.
- Identify and acquire new customers to expand market reach.
- Lead and manage the sales team ensuring targets are met.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales data.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends to develop competitive sales approaches.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (any discipline)
- Minimum 7 to 15 years in renewable energy or a related industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong managerial skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Fluent in English speaking & business communication
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies
