Nestled in the heart of Marbella Restaurant Cascada Marbella is a beloved venue known for its exquisite dining experience enchanting ambiance and memorable events. As we continue to grow were looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to join our dynamic management team.
Tasks
As our Bar Manager youll be the driving force behind our bar operations ensuring an exceptional guest experience through highquality beverages seamless service and an engaging atmosphere. Your leadership will be key in maintaining standards managing inventory and guiding the team to success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.
- Train mentor and manage bartenders and bar staff fostering a positive team environment.
- Develop and update the beverage menu introducing innovative cocktails and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and licensing regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels manage stock and coordinate supplier orders.
- Engage with guests enhancing their experience with expert recommendations.
- Handle budgeting cost control and financial reporting related to bar performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize bar profitability and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior Bartender with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of mixology wine and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- A positive attitude passion for hospitality and a handson approach to service.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience in inventory management cost control and supplier coordination.
- Certification from a reputable bartending or hospitality school is a plus.
