Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud PPM Projects & Grants Management TechnoFunctional Consultant to join our team in supporting a leading utility client. This role will focus on Application Managed Services (AMS) handling postgolive support system enhancements troubleshooting and process optimizations for Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Grants Management modules. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP configurations reporting integrations and compliance within finance budgeting and grants.
Key Responsibilities:
1. AMS Support & Incident Resolution:
- Provide L2/L3 functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud ERP PPM and Grants Management modules.
- Analyze and troubleshoot business process issues configurations and system errors.
- Manage incident resolution and service requests in alignment with SLA (Service Level Agreements).
- Identify and implement root cause fixes and enhancements to improve system stability.
- Work closely with Oracle Support to manage SR (Service Requests) and patches/upgrades.
2. Oracle Cloud ERP PPM & Grants Management Expertise:
- Configure and manage Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules including:
- Project Costing (tracking project expenditures labor costs and asset capitalization).
- Project Billing (revenue recognition invoicing and contract funding).
- Project Execution Management (resource allocation scheduling and collaboration).
- Project Financials Management (budgeting forecasting and financial controls).
- Grants Management (managing grant funding compliance tracking and sponsor reporting).
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations grants policies and cost allocation rules.
- Support Oracle Project Accounting by ensuring accurate transactions between finance and projects.
- Assist with periodend and yearend close processes within Oracle Cloud ERP.
