Job Description
FULL STACK WEB DEVELOPMENT
- Create update maintain and optimize applications or solutions (frontend backend and API) to meet client requirements and specifications
- Frontend Development (mastery speed complexity

- Write wellorganized efficient and testable code that consistently guarantees and considers performance scalability security and crossplatform responsiveness
- Quality of Output (accuracy minimal issues and bugs)
- Test troubleshoot recommend alternative solutions to technical issues

- Continually update and improve technical knowledge and skills of the team and keep up with the latest technologies for development.

- Extend (technical) help and support to other developers and project team members when needed

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND COLLABORATION
- Participate in project planning technical requirements gathering scoping system design and architecture
- Provide technical recommendations and help implement them to fulfill project objectives and requirements efficiently
- Assist and support the Technical Development Manager to oversee web and mobile projects from initiation to completion
- Communicate clearly and properly with project team members (internally and externally)
PROJECT EXECUTION MONITORING AND REPORTING
- Estimate amount of technical work and time needed for projects and delegate them respectively
- Ensure prompt delivery of desired output accurately and excellently according to project plan and design
- Check the output of the team regularly and follow up dependencies accordingly
- Regularly keep track of development progress and provide relevant updates to Development Manager and project stakeholders
TEAM MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT
- Guide motivate and mentor junior regular and senior web and mobile developers
- Help enforce and improve development processes tools methodologies coding practices and standards
- Collaborate with the Technical Development Manager to lead and support efforts to innovate and establish the roadmap of the Technical Services Division
Requirements
- 5 years of handson experience in full stack web development
- PHP PHP framework Laravel / CodeIgniter
- API / Web Services REST / SOAP
- HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript jQuery Ajax Bootstrap Sass / Less
- RDMS MySQL PostgreSQL MSSQL
- Version Control System Git
- Linux OS Debian / RedHat Distro (Ubuntu / CentOS)
- Command line operations Shell /Bash / CMD / PowerShell
- Network and Data Security
- Crossplatform optimization and responsiveness
- 2 years of experience in Agile development
REQUIRED GENERAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Clear and effective communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- High sense of ownership and initiative
- Work ethics and professionalism
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite if required but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
