We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our clients digital team. The ideal candidate will be adept at blending creativity with datadriven strategies to develop implement and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using advanced personalization techniques and AIpowered tools.
- Develop and maintain mobileresponsive email templates with interactive elements.
- Implement complex automation workflows and map customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
- Conduct A/B testing and use data analytics to optimize campaign performance continuously.
- Ensure email deliverability and maintain high sender reputation through proper authentication protocols.
- Integrate email strategies with other digital marketing channels for a cohesive customer experience.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics including ROI and revenue generated from email campaigns.
- Stay current with emerging email technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in HTML CSS and familiarity with AMP for email.
- Expertlevel knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Mailchimp Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in advanced segmentation techniques.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in email marketing.
- Experience with email authentication protocols and deliverability best practices.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR CANSPAM) and email marketing compliance.
- Excellent copywriting skills with an emphasis on creating personalized engaging content.
- Strong project management abilities and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with predictive analytics and behavioral targeting is a plus.
- Familiarity with voiceactivated email technology is a plus.
- Knowledge of crosschannel attribution modeling is a plus.
- Experience optimizing email campaigns for ecommerce is a plus.
Expert-level knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
